One of the things that we're working on at the Institute for Women's Futures is an initiative to provide mobile rural healthcare drop-in events to low-income women in care deserts throughout the nation--think: a taco truck of holistic care, education, and meno flashkits. I've been calling them 'Clam Jams', but we'll probably come up with something more elegant soon. I feel like there's a ton of power in gossip-and-gather networks, so however we can leverage these to get women of all ages the care they need will be so critical.

Since the election of a felon to be President, among other serious flaws (understated) and the prospect of the loss of democracy, I have been asking, Who are we? Now we know, as your excellent essay shows us, Kirsten.
